- Manage a team of account managers focused on supporting strategic agencies and their clients, fostering strong relationships and driving results.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize workflows, identify growth opportunities, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Represent the agency segment in internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment and driving success.
- Provide regular leadership through 1:1s, performance reviews, pipeline forecasting, and daily coaching to support team members in achieving their goals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably with a focus on digital marketing and strategic agencies.
- Proven track record in managing large advertisers or agency clients, with a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and agency business models.
- Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and scaling high-performance sales teams, with excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client-facing settings.
