Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a key role in the team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and leading a team of staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight and management of sales, quality, and service standards across Pigs Lane.
  • Collaboration with your team to enhance sales performance while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Development and implementation of weekly rosters in line with business objectives.
  • Investment in employee development, focusing on learning and growth.
  • Ensuring consistent and exceptional service standards at all times.
  • Efficient resolution of guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Leveraging opportunities to maximize sales and promote a sales environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a management position in a similar setting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Customer and management focus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and fluency in English essential.
