Key Food and Beverage Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished food and beverage operations leader to oversee all culinary and hospitality services at a prestigious hotel and spa.

This is a key leadership position focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead the day-to-day F&B operations across multiple outlets, including fine dining restaurants, casual eateries, and bars.
  • Manage and mentor F&B teams, including floor supervisors, restaurant staff, and bartenders.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless guest experiences across all dining occasions.
  • Maintain cost controls, staffing levels, and performance metrics while exceeding guest satisfaction benchmarks.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and promote environmentally responsible practices throughout the operation.

Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an F&B leadership role (ideally within a 4-star hotel)
  • Proven success managing multiple F&B outlets or large-scale hotel restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and guest-service skills
  • Financial acumen: forecasting, budgeting, labour planning, and stock control
  • Passion for hospitality, sustainability, and guest experience
  • Flexible, organised, and calm under pressure
