Job Overview:

As a senior sales specialist, you will engage with customers both face-to-face and over the phone, offering professional advice and tailored product recommendations. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and drives repeat business.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and drives repeat business
  • Actively listen to customer needs, offering creative solutions and product options to bring their ideas to life
  • Drive sales by maximising opportunities across the full product range, exceeding individual targets and supporting team success
  • Upsell, recommend alternatives, promote in-house brands and encourage cross-product sales
  • Prepare accurate, competitive quotations aligned with customer budgets and company pricing policies
  • Provide timely follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships
  • Monitor customer orders and delivery timelines, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process
  • Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standards and assist with general showroom duties as needed
  • Consistently adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

We are seeking a motivated sales professional with at least 2 years' experience in a retail sales environment, ideally involving complex product sales and consultative engagement. Previous experience with sanitary-ware or exposure to the construction, interiors or bathroom sector is advantageous but not essential.
