Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Dublin. This role involves managing the full sales cycle and delivering value to ecommerce and retail brands.
About the Role- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our client's Martech SaaS company and its innovative solutions.
- BUILD and maintain a robust pipeline with a long-term growth mindset, focusing on high-impact sales opportunities.
- Establish trusted relationships with decision-makers in ecommerce, D2C, and retail, leveraging your expertise in B2B SaaS or Martech.
- Share insights and support colleagues to foster a high-performance culture, driving sales excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the onboarding and support of new team members as the business grows.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience carrying a net-new revenue quota in B2B SaaS or Martech, with a proven track record of success.
- Confident engaging with C-level and marketing personas, using your knowledge of their needs and pain points.
- Skilled in managing high-volume pipelines, forecasting accurately, and closing deals consistently.
- Resilient, motivated, and committed to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Thoughtful, proactive, and a strong communicator, able to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
- Full right to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid permit required).
