Job Role

The Corporate Tax role involves managing both compliance and advisory work for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive management of compliance and advisory work for clients.
  • Assisting in the provision of advice to clients on larger and/or multidisciplinary advisory projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Liaising with clients, regulatory authorities and other external stakeholders.
  • Developing a robust network within the organization.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to drive growth within the organization leveraging available technologies.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members.

Key skills required include:

  • High level of technical expertise and ambition to develop further.
  • Client-focused and commercially aware.
  • Practical and result-driven approach.
  • Experience in managing large-scale compliance portfolios and delivering tax services to clients.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills - ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.

Essential qualifications include an AITI qualification with 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience and a good working knowledge of Corporation Tax in Ireland or internationally.
