Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned M&A professional to join our team as an Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations.You will work with a high-performing team focused on delivering assignments in general corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory. Opportunities for continuous learning and development abound as you work on diverse engagements.Key responsibilities include originating, leading, and managing M&A transactions, working effectively as a team member, understanding client requirements, co-developing approach, and delivering value through insights and advice.You will also gather, verify, and analyze information to formulate views, plan, prepare, and review deliverables, identify and escalate risks, drive deal origination and sector insight initiatives, ensure work complies with Quality & Risk Management guidelines, establish and strengthen internal and external relationships, mentor and develop more junior staff, and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and personal skills.Technical skill requirements include experience in the Corporate Finance landscape with emphasis on M&A Lead Advisory and end-to-end transaction experience, effective communication with key stakeholders, high commercial acumen, proficiency in detailed financial and commercial analysis, ability to identify key issues and propose workable solutions, and experience presenting findings clearly in reports and client deliverables.Additional requirements include relevant analytical or financial qualifications, strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry experience, analytical approach with strong commercial acumen, excellent verbal and written communication, advanced IT skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, effective time management, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.What we offer includes competitive remuneration package with Total Rewards and flexible working options, coaching and opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career, flexibility to balance your role with personal priorities, benefits including pension, health insurance, online GP services, additional annual leave, hybrid working, gym membership, travel pass, parental leave, bike-to-work, recognition awards, and more.We are committed to inclusion and diversity and welcome flexible working arrangements.
