Job Title: Financial Services Professional

A highly sought-after opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accountant to join our client's Accounting practice.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing audit, tax, and financial reporting services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and internal guidelines
  • Leading and conducting audits across a broad client base, in line with auditing standards and best practices
  • Preparation of corporate and personal tax returns, including computations and submissions
  • Investigation of issues identified during engagements and proposal of effective solutions
  • Development and maintenance of strong, professional relationships with diverse portfolio of clients
  • Delivering high-quality work in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
  • Meeting performance targets for assigned client portfolio
  • Preparation of technical documentation, briefs, and checklists for both internal team use and client support

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Irish accounting practice
  • ACA or ACCA qualification (or in progress)
  • Strong technical knowledge of current accounting and auditing standards, including IFRS and GAAP
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present clearly and confidently
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in fast-paced environment
