">We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Client Manager. As a key member of our client-facing department, you will play a vital role in promoting exceptional client management and innovation.
">This position is ideal for those seeking a dynamic environment where they can manage client accounts, collaborate with diverse teams, and have the flexibility to work independently.
">Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of companies administering employee share plans within a team framework, interacting with customers/clients on operational transactions related to their share plan program, and executing timely processing of operational transactions, including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting, and problem-solving.
">In addition to these responsibilities, you will organize, develop, and maintain procedural and process documentation related to client companies' programs to ensure accurate transaction processing and minimize risk.
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation, and procedural skills, as well as commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative and proactive.
">A third-level qualification is preferred, and prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
