**Job Title:** Night Shift Product Builder

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Night Shift Product Builder to join our team.

As a Night Shift Product Builder, you will be responsible for operating machinery on the production floor, working as part of a team, and achieving productivity targets.

The role involves:

  • Performing cell activities including polishing, deburring, cutting, straightening metal, finishing, and cleaning.
  • Operating machines for the production of products.
  • Accurately identifying cosmetic irregularities.
  • Correctly performing all steps of the cleaning operation.
  • Changing belts and wheels as necessary for a proper finish.
  • Visual inspection of parts and paperwork.
  • Maintaining all equipment in the department as required.
  • Performing all production POD activities as per training provided.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A leaving certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Desirable skills include 1+ year's experience polishing or buffing a variety of metals, experience operating CNC-controlled equipment, reading and interpreting blueprints, working with precision measuring equipment, and inspecting paperwork.
