Job Title: Airfreight Export Operator

At the heart of every successful logistics operation lies a team of skilled professionals. We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Airfreight Export Operator to join our dynamic team.

We're looking for someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Shipment Processing: Coordinate with customers to collect shipment details, process bookings, and track shipments from origin to destination.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  3. Liaison and Coordination: Collaborate with airlines, warehouse personnel, and transport teams to ensure smooth operations and optimal service delivery.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Process sales and purchase invoices, handle rate requests, and maintain accurate records.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Airfreight Operations: In-depth knowledge of airfreight export procedures, regulations, and best practices.
  • Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
