Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in driving forward our company's global mobility function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and compliant global mobility processes and policies. They will also identify and manage external partners, such as relocation agencies and immigration providers.

The Global Mobility Specialist will establish documentation and tools to manage assignments, travel, and cross-border work consistently. They will act as the go-to expert for all matters related to international employment, immigration, taxation, social security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate international assignments, short-term travel, permanent transfers, and remote work abroad.
  • Act as a liaison between sending and receiving country HR teams to ensure smooth transitions and aligned responsibilities.
  • Support managers and employees throughout the mobility lifecycle (pre-departure, during assignment, and repatriation or integration).
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in global mobility, international HR, immigration, or a similar field. They must have a strong understanding of cross-border employment, international social security, visas, and tax considerations.
