Senior Associate Employment

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our dynamic Employment team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing expert employment law advice to clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and a strong track record of experience practicing employment law. They will also possess good corporate support work exposure, high commercial awareness, and exceptional technical drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on employment law aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings
  • Represent clients in employment claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts
  • Provide day-to-day employment advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent academic background
  • Minimum 5 years' experience practicing employment law
  • Good exposure to corporate support work
  • High level of commercial awareness
  • Strong technical and drafting ability
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
