Job Title: HR/ER Advisor

This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, utilizing your expertise in employment law and HR practices to provide tailored solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employment law and HR-related matters to clients.
  • Manage caseloads independently, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of cases.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, offering bespoke documentation and guidance via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Stay current with updates in Irish employment law and HR best practices, applying this knowledge to all client interactions.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to continuously develop expertise.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all client interactions and work outputs.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Irish Employment Law and HR practices.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent written English and word processing abilities.
