Job Title: Employment Law and HR Advisor

As an experienced Employment Law and HR Advisor, you will provide expert guidance to clients on all aspects of employment law and HR.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely, expert advice to clients on employment law and HR-related matters.
  • Managing a caseload independently, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of cases.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, offering bespoke documentation and guidance via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Staying current with updates in Irish employment law and HR best practices, applying this knowledge to all client interactions.
  • Participating in meetings and training sessions to continuously develop expertise.
  • Ensuring accurate recording and reporting of all client interactions and work outputs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive knowledge of Irish Employment Law and HR practices.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent written English and word processing abilities.
