Restaurant Operations Manager

This role involves supporting the success of our Food and Beverage service by working closely with the Restaurant Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a restaurant management position, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to recruit and develop employees.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist the Operations Manager in leading the F&B department and executing strategies to achieve goals.
    • Manage the team's performance, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
    • Set targets for the restaurant team in line with the overall departmental strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a restaurant management role in a similar establishment.
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
