Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled General Manager to lead our gastro-pub/restaurant in Cork.

  • Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the premises.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Coordinate security, health and safety, and manage tills, cash, pricing, sales, promotions, special events, stock control, rostering, and achieve monthly margins.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years minimum general management experience, ideally in a quality gastropub locally, with excellent IT and admin skills. They must be fluent in English and possess strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management and customer service.
  2. Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  3. Controlling costs and achieving financial targets.
