Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and manage our Resort Hotel's Restaurant Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of service to our guests at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the Restaurant, Lounge, and Private Dining Operations.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant parties and lead your department in a structured and organised manner.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience to all guests in accordance with established standards of service.
  • Maintain a high level of team ethos ensuring all F&B staff are motivated and supported.
  • Liaise with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service between the kitchen and Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Implement a standard of service for the Food & Beverage department.

Requirements:

  • Possess a 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years operational experience within a luxury 4/5* Hotel/Restaurant.
  • Self-motivated, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
