Job Title: Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the culture and work environment of the restaurant.

  • Hospitality Excellence – Ensure every customer has an exceptional experience by turning challenging situations into happy returns.
  • Operational Efficiency – Stay on top of checklists and restaurant procedures by conducting spot checks and following up as needed.
  • Quality Assurance – Ensure portioning, preparation, and presentation are consistently excellent across the service line.
  • Safety and Hygiene – Champion safety and hygiene in the restaurant by ensuring all protocols are followed to the highest standard.
  • Cleanliness and Organization – Maintain a clean and safe environment for both team members and customers by keeping the restaurant tidy and organized.
  • Inventory Management – Oversee stock takes, track levels accurately, and ensure we are always prepared for the day ahead.
  • Sustainability Initiatives – Minimize food waste and promote eco-friendly practices in the kitchen.
  • Rostering and Scheduling – Assist in building rosters that meet the needs of the restaurant and help the team deliver an excellent service.

Requirements
