Restaurant Operations Manager

We are currently recruiting a passionate and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager for a thriving hospitality establishment in Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to lead a dynamic team in a high-quality, guest-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will be confident in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, from service delivery and team leadership to stock control and budgeting.

  • Ensure service standards are consistently upheld and continuously improved
  • Develop and update the restaurant offering in line with guest expectations and industry trends

A hands-on and people-focused approach is essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage staff rosters, stock levels, and costs in accordance with company targets
  2. Provide ongoing training and development to team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  3. Lead the team with a focus on guest experience, service excellence, and teamwork
  4. Build strong, positive relationships with both guests and staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, quality-driven hotel or restaurant setting
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with a focus on team development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
