Team Leader Job Description

This is a leadership role where you will manage the team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.

  • Lead from the Front: You'll be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to achieve their best, creating a positive work environment and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role requires someone who loves people, is a natural leader and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Frontline Leadership: Manage smooth and efficient shifts with effective communication, teamwork and support across the restaurant.
  • Culture Champion: Foster strong relationships, promote open feedback and maintain a positive and focused work culture.
  • Performance Driver: Identify areas for improvement, provide real-time feedback and help the team grow and develop.
  • Cleanliness and Quality: Ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the restaurant, including presentation and maintenance.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, natural leadership abilities and at least 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar field. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for learning and growing with our team.
