Restaurant Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement effective staff scheduling, performance management, and training strategies.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control of food, beverages, and service standards.
  • Implement cost control measures, including budgeting, inventory management, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Manage customer feedback and ensure prompt, professional resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and management team to enhance menu offerings and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior supervisory role within a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service excellence.
  • Knowledge of financial management, cost control, and stock management principles.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Residency in Ireland and eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
