Job Title: Territory Growth Director
Job Overview:
- Spearhead B2B sales expansion across Europe, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.
About the Role:
- Lead a territory-wide go-to-market strategy to boost sales performance and deliver results-oriented solutions.
- Build strong connections with key retailers and vendor partners to unlock business value through expert advice, training, and education.
- Craft and execute sales plans that contribute to the company's success in Europe, leveraging market insights and data-driven decision-making.
- Efficiently travel throughout Europe, attending crucial meetings and customer visits while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Identify, present, negotiate, and close high-value deals with major clients.
- Provide exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or petroleum retail leadership.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Fluent English speaker (additional languages an asset).
- A valid passport and ability to travel extensively within Europe.
- A professional home office environment.
