Job Title: Youth Support Specialist
">- Provide holistic care to young people aged 13-17 years old, prioritizing their physical, emotional and social well-being.
- Support attendance at school, training centres, medical and clinical appointments to ensure continuity of care.
Main Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement individualized Care Plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Promote the rights and responsibilities of each child or young person within our service.
- Engage in age-appropriate play and activities with children/young people to foster positive relationships.
- Prepare and provide nutritious meals for young people to support their health and well-being.
Requirements:
">- Registered Social Care Worker or eligible for registration with CORU.
- Requisite knowledge and ability to discharge duties of office.
Key Qualifications:
">- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
