We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical engineering and design, with a strong background in project controls and the full project lifecycle. They will be responsible for attending project handover meetings, developing QEHS documentation, conducting design reviews and value engineering exercises, and coordinating mechanical services and builders' work drawings.

Our Mechanical Services Specialist will also oversee the management and delivery of Quality Assured documents, manage and control project documents, assist site management with project variations as necessary, support the development and delivery of Operation & Maintenance manuals, and assist in the production and revision of the commissioning programme.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or Building Services.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Mechanical Engineering and Design.
  • Proficient in CAD and BIM, with strong IT and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
