**Job Role:**

A Subway Supervisor is a vital part of our front-line operations. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer service and store management.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Subway Supervisor, your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
  • Supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Motivating the team by setting achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Ensuring that the store operates within established Subway standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Subway Supervisor, you should possess the following qualities:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (1-2 years).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers effectively.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
