Project Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of utility upgrade projects. Primary focus on Chilled Water, Cooling Water, and Low-Pressure Hot Water (LPHW) systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing electrical, piping, and automation infrastructure upgrades.
  • E nsuring all projects are delivered in accordance with a client’s internal Project Execution Model (PEM).
  • Leading review and coordination of utilities design to ensure it meets user requirements, specifications, and regulatory standards.
  • Preparing and managing project budgets and financial forecasts to ensure timely completion.
  • Developing and coordinating detailed project schedules to guarantee project success.
  • Preparing project specifications, tender documents, risk registers, and contracts.
  • Acting as lead for resolving engineering challenges during construction and commissioning phases.
  • Providing regular project updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing engineering capital investment projects.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated project coordinator role.
  • Proven experience in delivering chilled water and heat pump projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A certification in Project Management is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not essential.
