Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Biotech Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This role will involve overseeing the day-to-day production process, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and delivering high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing, including staff management, performance evaluation, and documentation.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain contamination-free environments and improve process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing within the Biopharma industry, with 5+ years of supervisory experience.
