Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners in Germany.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To foster close working relationships with key individuals within each business partner
  • To identify new partnership opportunities with credit companies, distributors, and banks
  • To regularly monitor and report on commercial activities of our partners in Germany
  • To stay up-to-date with legal, contractual, customer care obligations, and other requirements in local markets
  • To participate in planning, budgeting, and strategic aspects of International FOS insurance activity

Product Development and Marketing Initiatives:

  • To propose, negotiate, and implement product development, marketing, and commercial activities relating to Insurance products with each partner
  • To develop New Product Request Forms in conjunction with business partners
  • To present New Product Pricing Proposals to business partners and negotiate successful launch activities

Collaboration and Professional Development:

  • To attend regular meetings to contribute to strategic reflections
  • To assist in translating the Insurance Division's strategic objectives into actions for implementation with partners
  • To participate in onsite training programmes and build insurance training and examination materials

This role requires a high level of communication, negotiation, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, product development, and marketing, with a strong understanding of the German market.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
