Reliability Engineering Professional

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineering professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our equipment.

About the Role:
  • This role involves leading a team to maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in installing automated packaging systems, overseeing general maintenance and repairing key distribution equipment.
Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating best practices in equipment safety and monitoring teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Keeping track of equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Solving issues in equipment to reduce downtime and support the development of technicians.
  • Supporting the implementation of improvements to increase equipment uptime and productivity.
A Day in the Life:

In this role, you will work closely with your line manager to assist with administrative tasks and monitor processes using tools like Scada.

You will also have the opportunity to suggest improvements to make our systems more efficient and productive.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
