Welder and Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our production team. As part of a tight-knit and supportive team, you will be working on the shop floor manufacturing award-winning agricultural machinery.
You will be responsible for MIG welding and fabrication of agricultural machinery, working from technical drawings and plans, assembling machinery components with attention to accuracy and safety, contributing to daily/weekly team targets and production goals, collaborating with engineers and the production supervisor to ensure quality builds, and keeping your work area clean, safe, and efficient.
Required Skills and Qualifications- MIG welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to read basic drawings
- Hard-working, honest, and eager to improve attitude
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Permanent, full-time work with long-term security
