Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional to take on a leadership role, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a store.

You will be responsible for managing a team of sales assistants, coaching and developing them to achieve their full potential. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining store appearance and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain store appearance and ensure that all visual merchandising standards are met
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage stock levels, control inventory, and optimize floor space
  • Analyse sales data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in retail management, preferably with experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of store appearance and presentation
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work well under pressure and respond to changing circumstances
