Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations across multiple entities. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of a high-quality payroll service in line with local legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and prepare all inputs in advance of payroll deadlines
  • Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities
  • Process monthly PAYE submissions on ROS
  • Manage voluntary deductions (health insurance, Credit Union, etc.), including updates and reconciliations
  • Respond to employee requests and queries via the internal ticketing platform
  • Maintain excellent employee service standards
  • Ensure payroll compliance with GDPR and internal policies
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality across all payroll activities
  • Support payroll audits and process reviews
  • Assist payroll peers with special projects related to payroll function
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • IPASS qualification (essential)
  • End-to-end payroll processing experience
  • Experience with Mega Pay desirable but not essential
  • Strong Excel skills, including data validation and analysis
  • Experience managing high volumes of payroll data
  • Familiarity with HR/Finance systems such as Workday is an advantage
