Job Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and managing hotel operations to achieve exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards. This role requires a proactive sales approach to develop and nurture new accounts across all owned segments for the hotels.

You will collaborate with the Area Director of Sales to ensure that objectives are achieved in the Sales business plan. Additionally, you will represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a similar position in hotels. They should be an effective communicator, commercially aware, and possess strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and win new business local and global across all owned business segments.
  • Collaborate with ADOS and ensure that objectives are achieved in the Sales business plan.
  • Represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within a similar position in hotels.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Be commercially aware with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • Sales focused and results driven.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Ability to develop and build long lasting relationships through account management, and promote cross selling into Dalata hotel group.
