Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized guest awareness programs for employees to enhance service quality and meet guest preferences.
  • Teach and continuously energize the Guest Relations process throughout the hotel, ensuring all departments are aware of VIP needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive VIP treatment plan, ensure it is respected, and coordinate with other departments to meet repeat guests' expectations.
  • Manage guest feedback from all channels, identify trends, and share information internally to improve overall hotel results.
  • Set and achieve departmental goals, contribute to hotel long-term goals, and ensure systems exist for identifying training needs and addressing them.
