Senior Hospitality Manager

At a 5-star luxury hotel, we are seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Manager to lead our Front Office, Accommodation, and Spa Departments. This is a senior leadership role that requires a high level of expertise in hotel management.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the guest journey across these three key departments, ensuring seamless communication channels and outstanding guest satisfaction.

  • Metrics on Guest Satisfaction / Finance / Team Development

They will be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, creating individual succession plans to promote growth opportunities within the hotel and the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the guest journey across Front Office, Accommodation, and Spa Departments
  • Ensuring clear communication channels and outstanding guest satisfaction
  • Mentoring and developing team members
  • Creating individual succession plans for colleagues
  • Liaising with Senior Management and Finance Department

Financial analytical skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all Financial KPIs are met or exceeded.
