Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to strategic planning, cost control, and commercial performance, ensuring strong financial results
  • Serve as a visible leader across the property, guaranteeing guests receive a memorable experience at every touchpoint

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant senior management experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
  • A proven background in high-volume F&B and hotel operations
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • A business-oriented mindset, with strong focus on service delivery, standards, and guest satisfaction
  • Drive, ambition, and the potential to step into the GM role in the future

About This Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a senior leadership position in our hotel. As Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and overseeing day-to-day operations.
