We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Deputy General Manager to join our team.

Job Role

The ideal candidate will oversee key departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

  • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.
  • Support staff management, training, and development, motivating a large team to consistently deliver excellence.
  • Contribute to commercial performance, ensuring strong financial results.
  • Act as a visible leader across the property, ensuring guests receive a memorable experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong senior management experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
  • A proven background in high-volume F&B and hotel operations.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • A commercial mindset, with strong focus on service delivery, standards, and guest satisfaction.
  • Drive, ambition, and the ability to step into the GM role in the future.
