Senior Hotel Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hotel Operations Manager to lead our hotel's day-to-day operations.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and fostering a welcoming environment for visitors.
You will work closely with the management team to ensure seamless hotel operation and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a warm and hospitable atmosphere for guests
- Address guest feedback and implement enhancements to improve satisfaction
- Ensure all staff adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hotel policies
- Direct the team in operational departments and provide hands-on support
- Assist the Head of Department to continually improve procedures and systems
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and customer service principles
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends
