The Director of Rooms will oversee all aspects of Front Office, Accommodation and Spa Departments. This includes managing staff, implementing policies, and ensuring the smooth operation of these departments.

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, this role will work closely with the Hotel General Manager as part of the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the guest journey across these 3 key departments, ensuring clear communication channels and a seamless experience for guests.

A demonstrable track record of success in a luxury hotel environment is essential for this role. Success will include metrics on Guest Satisfaction, Finance, and Team Development. The chosen candidate will have exceptional levels of Attention to Detail and an ability to instill these standards in their team members.
