Hotel Operations Director

As a Hotel Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading the accommodation department to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and maintain consistently high standards.

Job Description:

The role involves monitoring the standard of work to ensure the highest quality, delegating room assignments to accommodation and housekeeping staff, developing employees to prepare them for advancement in their careers, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety (H&S) and standard operating procedures.

  • Oversee the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel, including the conference suite and leisure facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of experience in an accommodation department at a supervisory level, excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and flexibility to assist in other departments when needed.
