Key Position: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the hotel, with a focus on Food & Beverage management.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all departments, prioritizing F&B related areas at all times.
  • This key role involves supporting Heads of Department in running the hotel efficiently, installing effective work methods, and reviewing staff rotas to ensure adequate cover.
  • Ongoing operations team meetings will take place daily/weekly to discuss operational matters, sales targets, costings, guest feedback, and staff issues.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments, ensuring seamless execution during routine checks and hands-on involvement.
  • Monitor purchases, control Purchase Orders, and communicate with Senior Management regarding purchases.
  • Ensure comprehensive cash handling procedures within the operations department, minimizing errors and potential theft.
  • Compile weekly/monthly financial reports highlighting revenue, covers, and staff productivity in each department.
