Job Title: Director of Rooms

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Rooms to oversee all aspects of Front Office, Accommodation, including on-premise Laundry and Spa Departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Oversight of Front Office, Accommodation, Laundry, and Spa Departments.">
  • Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, working closely with the Hotel General Manager as part of the Senior Leadership Team.">
  • Coordinating the guest journey across these 3 key departments.">
  • Ensuring communication channels are clear and the guest experience is seamless throughout.">
  • Mentoring and developing team members, ensuring colleagues have individual succession plans creating growth opportunities.">
  • Liaising with Senior Management and Finance Department, responsible for ensuring all Financial KPI's are met or exceeded.">

Requirements: The successful candidate will have exceptional levels of Attention to Detail and possess excellent leadership, financial analytical skills, luxury guest service skills.
