Communications & Marketing Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join our organisation as a Communications & Marketing Manager. As a key member of the Communications and Marketing Team, you will be responsible for leading and executing the organisation's marketing strategies, strengthening our online presence, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels.

The role requires a highly organised and versatile individual who is passionate about communications and takes a holistic approach to marketing. You will work closely with the Senior Communications & Marketing Manager to deliver integrated communications, digital campaigns, PR, and brand positioning to support fundraising efforts and advocacy on homelessness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance the organisation's profile and reputation
  • Managing a team of three to deliver integrated communications, digital campaigns, and PR activities
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message
  • Monitoring and evaluating the success of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record in communications and marketing, preferably in a non-profit or charity sector
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with experience of managing teams and budgets
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, with a focus on digital channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
