Job Title: Part Time Pensions Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pensions Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our pensions consultants and managing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the pensions sector and possess strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role as you will be interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, preparing meeting documentation, and managing the processing of new business applications in pensions. You will also be required to communicate with clients over phone and email, keeping them updated on the progress of their applications.

We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update client records with accuracy
  • Provide high standard of administrative support to pensions consultants
  • Prepare client meeting documentation
  • Manage the processing of new business applications in pensions
  • Communicate with clients over phone and email
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry particularly in pensions
