Job Description

About our role: We are seeking a talented Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be reliable and punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. You will be proactive in supporting your colleagues and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.

You will also assist with daily till procedures, operate tills, handle transactions, and support stock replenishment and merchandising efforts.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people, has a positive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm for retail.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver warm, friendly, and professional customer service
  • Support store presentation through merchandising and stock replenishment
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment
  • Operate tills, handle transactions, and assist with daily till procedures
