Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated German-speaking customer service agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is fluent in German and English, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, and has a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, placing orders, and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
