Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring efficient staffing and compliance within our centres.

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding activities across designated areas, guaranteeing timely placements and adherence to standards.
  • Coordinate relief panels and place staff into our centres promptly.
  • Ensure accurate payroll and attendance tracking through daily coding of shifts in our systems.
  • Validate submissions and monitor clearance progress to prevent delays.
  • Utilise our system effectively and compliantly to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
  • Collect, verify, and securely store recruitment documentation, meeting compliance standards.
  • Issue contracts of employment accurately and adhere to legal requirements.
  • Work with recruiters to update internal databases, recruitment trackers, and candidate records, maintaining data integrity.
  • Coordinate new starter preparation and issue weekly induction lists to the training department.
  • Monitor training sign-off sheets and escalate non-attendance to relevant recruiters for action.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates from offer stage through onboarding and release to our centres.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling all staff information and recruitment documentation.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks including verification, reference checks, and thorough CV reviews.
  • Support company culture focused on quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and management teams, including report generation and compliance audits.
  • Participate in on-call rota to support operational staffing needs and respond to urgent recruitment matters.

Requirements
  • HR qualification advantageous.
  • CIPD Qualified (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' recruitment or administration experience.
  • Excellent overall demeanour, empathy, and strong desire to improve.
  • Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a multi-departmental team and learn.
  • Dedicated, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
