Hotel Reservation Supervisor Role

This is a tremendous opportunity to join our team as a Hotel Reservation Supervisor. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can provide excellent customer service and support the management team with the day-to-day running and management of the Reservations Department.

  • You will be the first point of contact for all hotel reservation enquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • You will assist with complaint handling when necessary, ensuring that customers receive a satisfactory resolution.
  • You will have full knowledge of all rates, packages and promotions applicable to the resort, enabling you to make informed decisions and provide personalized recommendations to guests.
  • You will ensure incoming calls and emails are answered promptly, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • You will enter all information accurately into our current systems, maintaining data integrity and facilitating efficient reporting.

In order to succeed in this role:

  • You will possess previous experience in a reservations role, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You will have excellent communication and customer relation skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • You will be able to learn quickly, adapting to new systems and processes with ease.
