About The Role

We are seeking a skilled facilities coordinator to join our team. As a facilities coordinator, you will work closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete daily cleaning checks, log on spreadsheets, and liaise with cleaning supervisors.
  • Monitor air conditioning systems regularly, action requests, and arrange callouts when needed.
  • Manage stationery levels, restock stationery rooms, maintain core stationery levels in WPS, and place monthly orders.
  • Perform ad-hoc cleaning requirements, including cutlery, counters, spillages, etc.
  • Furniture inspections.
  • Daily WPS Storeroom checks.
  • Building signage reviews.
  • Plant & Switch Room checks.
  • Exterior Building Checks, including Gen Cage, Bins, AHU containments.
  • Monitor vending machines for issues and arrange callouts when needed.
  • Ensure gym equipment is up to standard and conduct weekly audits.
Additional Duties
  • Arrange bike shed access for partners.
  • Arrange gym access for partners.
  • Arrange lockers for and storage for partners.
  • Order and fill skips onsite with unused office materials/equipment when required.
Maintenance & Repair

Support vendors onsite to resolve maintenance issues promptly.

Action SI7 requests for repair on office equipment, including lockers, doors, flooring, etc.

Investigate and resolve all alarms, including fire, intruder, and water leak detection.

Key Box Management & Key Location.

PTW Submissions.

Order & Delivery

  • Order stationery items for each block of the building and organize rooms.
  • Order ad-hoc items for the building, including keys, handles, clocks, boards, etc.
  • Organize deliveries as received and supply the building with stationery, cleaning products, and refreshments.
